Such As Getting The Desired Slab Either Cut Our Selves Or Bought In, Cutting That Slab Into The Size Of The Headstone & Base, Milling It To Get The Shape, Polishing It, Punching If Required And Finally Drilling Holes In The Bottom To Be Fitted.

When The Slab Is All Sawn And Ready, It Gets Put Onto The Milling Machine To Get The Curved Shape. This Machine Makes Life A Massive Amount Easier To Get The Specific Shapes Required, And Stops A Lot Of Dust Blowing In The Air.

The Final Step For Us Is To Put Drill Holes In The Bottom Of The Headstone And Base To Be Fitted. The Machine We Use for This Is A Big Pillar Drill. This Provides Accuracy In Hole Straightness And Depth.
After All This, The Headstone Is Able To Be Palleted Up And Sent Off To Be Lettered By Our High Quality, Trusted Letterer.
